Hey, shippers! This is the last bonus round, which we’re all very sad about. So let’s talk about some of the awesome stuff created throughout the HSO!
Rules
- Rec at least three fanworks from the main or bonus rounds! They do not have to be connected to each other in any way.
- You may not recommend material created by members of your own team.
- Each recommendation must include at least three full sentences about why it’s awesome. Please use the format specified below.
- You may recommend as many sets as you like, so long as each set has at least three recs in it.
It wasn't mentioned in the post but I think this round ends this Saturday, which is on the 18th August.

HSO Round 1: Voting
Entries for HSO Round 1 had been up for a while now.
Our team is in Sector 4 so, we need to read Sector 1's entries. That doesn't mean we can't read the other entries from other Sectors. But we can only vote the ones in Sector 1.

Bonus points will be awarded for voting participation at a rate of 5 points per voting team member for a maximum of 30 points. 30 bonus points will also be awarded to teams in which every member or every member but one votes.

So, hey. I was thinking. Who all here has Skype? And who doesn't but is cool with getting it. Or... some other way of having group conversations in real time? I think it'd be great if as many of us as possible could get together and talk about this ship and our headcanons how we view those characters, and it'd be easier to find like-minded people for collabs and bounce ideas off of each other and stuff. Is that cool? Is that a good idea?

Hi guys!
To make sure we don't have any no shows, the mods are asking palhonchos to get a check in from everyone on their team. I know that intros weren't too long ago, but if you could all just comment on this post before the end of the day on the 1st that would be great!
While I'm here, is anyone interested in being vice palhoncho in case my computer breaks or something?
And a final note - we're halfway to getting the full number of points in bonus round 0, so if you have a chance to make some banners or icons in the next couple days, go for it!

I'm Riley, your new palhoncho! Last year I had a great time in the HSO as a member of Jade<3Kanaya, but this year I decided I really needed more Rose in my life. My email is writteninanotherlanguage [at] gmail [dot] com, and I'm also going to stick an anon-enabled post up on my personal journal if any of you ever have concerns that you don't want your name attached to.
If you aren't in the habit of checking your dreamwidth reading page, I recommend tracking this community if you haven't already. That way you'll get an email whenever there's a new post and you won't have to go out of your way to keep checking the comm. (If you have any questions about that or anything else about DW, feel free to ask me.)
Also, Bonus Round 0 is open until June 2nd. I know I've seen some entries from our group, but we've still got a week so let's try to max out our points for the round - we only need 10 entries total. :)
Lastly, I know we already did a basic intro post and feel free to keep chatting there, but there's some important information that I think we skimmed over a little bit. So I'm going to ask you all to answer the following in a reply to this post. (None of these questions are mandatory, if there's anything you don't feel comfortable sharing.)

Hey everyone! Welcome to the HQ for team jade♥kanaya♥rose for HSO 2012! I'm Maddy aka 3dog, and I'll be your palhoncho. I'm going to set to work prettying up this comm, setting up some basic posts with guidelines and what not, but for now use this post to introduce yourself and meet your fellow teammates. :D
Like I said, I'm Maddy, I'm 20 (21 in a few weeks, woohoo!), my tumblr is here, and as far as fandom stuff goes I write fic and make graphics, and I like making FSTs.
I'll be setting up a skype chat at some point too, so go ahead and leave your skypes here as well. Mine is sigreene. :P
